Saratoga properties tend to be larger, with long hedge lines, mature trees, and a lot of planting beds. A maintenance plan here is less about the lawn alone and more about keeping every part of the property in shape on a steady rhythm.

Many Saratoga gardens are watered with a mix of spray zones and drip. We check both on our visits, repair leaks and clogged emitters, and adjust the controller as the seasons change so beds get what they need without runoff down the driveway.

Near the foothills, fire-safety guidance recommends keeping the area right around the house clear of combustible material. We can help keep that zone tidy with gravel or other non-combustible cover, and use bark and mulch farther out in the beds.
